Gillian is a difference maker in all ways as a Realtor®. Gillian is extremely attentive, client-focused, and 100% working for you. We used Gillian on the buyer side and we were not the easiest to work with as we were new to the Orinda market. She was amazing in her help to secure the home, walked us through all the inspections, and fought for what was best for us. The coolest part of the process was how cool, calm, and collected she is. She goes well above and beyond and I couldn't recommend her more.

Gillian was an essential resource for selling our house. … She gave opinions on things we may want to improve prior to listing, she had a curated list of contractors that she routinely worked with, and she managed all the work done by them, which freed up a lot of our time. We were able to be as involved as we wanted to be. … We had multiple bids on our house and she helped us navigate that process and negotiate a significant increase in price over the highest initially submitted bid. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell a house.

We first met Gillian when she was giving an open house: Both of us really enjoyed Gillian’s relaxed attitude, she was there to answer any questions we had, but didn’t overwhelm us. ... A couple months later we approached her about being our [buying] agent. Things ended up moving quickly for us at that point. We let Gillian know we were interested in the property Sunday afternoon and she had the disclosures to us a couple hours later. ... [We visited it] Monday and Tuesday, and we came up with a plan for our offer. Gillian was able to advise us on a strategy that would put us in a favorable position to buy the house and avoid getting into a bidding war. On Wednesday we submitted our offer and it was accepted a few hours later.

Gillian made our home search such an enjoyable experience. From start to finish we spent almost a year looking to find exactly what we wanted. Through it all, Gillian was patient, responsive, and adventurous. When we started looking, we weren’t quite sure what we were looking for. Gillian guided us through a breadth of options; looking at everything from homes on dozens of acres, to homes in established neighborhoods. Her knowledge of the Lamorinda area and relationships within the community were invaluable and helped to hone our search. Once our offer was accepted she was incredibly organized and made the closing process a breeze. I highly recommend Gillian!
